In 30 years of owning homes, I have never felt that another realtor has done as good a job at listening to what I want in a home, and then been able to see each potential home from my perspective. The second thing that sets Lauren apart is her attention to helping make everything easy once the ideal home is found. She was able to help me find finance options and analyze the home inspection report. She then effectively worked with the seller to address the most important items in the report. After the sale, she continues to check in on me, and has helped me find a qualified and competent trades people to help get me settled in my new home.
